Five Ways to Personally Grow:

1. Listen to motivational speakers through podcasts or YouTube videos

2. Read personal growth books (inspirational/motivational)

3. Join a support group: A group of people that want to grow and get better. Build your tribe.

4. Attend a leadership summit or personal development live event

5. Take at least 10-15 minutes every day to reflect on what you can do better on for the next day. Self-reflection is important to not make continuous mistakes.
