1. Switch to a plant-based (cruelty-free), allergen-free diet. Free from the 8 most common food allergens.

2. Healing Art aka stress management therapies (Reiki, Aromatherapy, Medical Qigong, Art Therapy, Music Therapy, Dance Therapy, Creative Writing, etc.)

3. Daily physical activity (60 min. a day; Running, walking, hiking, sports, cardio kickboxing, Zumba, Pound, HIIT, Yoga, etc.)

4. No abusing substances (alcohol, drugs, smoking/tobacco use)

5. Chemical/Toxic-free Living (skincare, makeup, hair care)

6. Regular detoxification (detox waters, detox veggie rich soups, increase consumption of glutathione-rich foods, consuming leafy greens and cruciferous veggies, herbal teas, etc.)
